Right of withdrawal

The user has the right to withdraw from the Contract at any time before the Order is delivered and up to 14 days after that date. To exercise the right of withdrawal on the website www.frantoiopolizzi.it, you are required to give unequivocal communication:
- By email at info@frantoiopolizzi.it, specifying your name, address and order reference number. If you decide to withdraw from the Contract, you are required to return the Product (s) at your own expense and risk, or alternatively communicate to Frantoio Polizzi di Giangreco Luigi e C. s.a.s. to make the collection at your address; in this case the shipping cost will be deducted from the total to be refunded. Please check that the Product (s) are (not) adequately insured for transport.

The products must be returned to Frantoio Polizzi di Giangreco Luigi e C. s.a.s., within 14 days from the day of notification of the withdrawal, in the same conditions in which they were received and accompanied by the relevant box and guarantee. If you do not return the Product (s) within 14 days of withdrawal, the deadline for making use of the refund will expire. The user is required to observe the necessary diligence in the care of the Product (s) in possession. In case of default, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any deterioration of the Product (s), from the title to be refunded.

As soon as Frantoio Polizzi di Giangreco Luigi e C. s.a.s. will be able to confirm that the conditions have been met, Frantoio Polizzi di Giangreco Luigi e C. s.a.s. will send the Customer an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return and will initiate the refund procedure so that the Customer receives a refund of the amount paid for the returned Products.
